For an upcoming Moveable Feast, please consider Viceroy Snowmass' Eight K bar. It consists of an 87-foot long, double-sided glass surface with blue LED lighting along its length. I'd venture to say it's the coolest bar in all of Aspen/Snowmass (which is a bold statement given Snowmass is known as the family friendly Aspen-outpost)!
I have some great images of the bar and the newly opened Viceroy Snowmass.
NOTE: Kelly Wearstler also designed the pool and cabana area, along with an adjoining cafe/bar called Nest; it features a ski lift running directly over it!

Dear Julia,
I love your column. I was wondering if you ever do food detective work. A few years ago I moved from Palo Alto to Baltimore and desperately miss the fresh butter lettuce salad at my old favorite dinner spot, Osteria. Is there any way you might be able to track down the recipe?
