New York Restaurant Week has been extended for the third summer in a row, which means more food at discounted prices through Labor Day. And if you weren’t able to score a table at your favorite spot in the first go ‘round, now’s your chance to book at one of the 170 restaurants participating in the six-week extension.

“We’re in a difficult economy and the more value we can give to our guests the better off we are,” says Tracy Nieporent, a partner in Myriad Restaurant Group and head of NYC & Co.’s restaurant committee.

Where are we headed for Restaurant Week part deux? Chef Daniel Boulud has four restaurants participating in the lunch portion of the promotion—Café Boulud, DB Bistro Moderne, Bar Boulud and DBGB Kitchen & Bar. Convivio, a Hot Table favorite, is also partaking, though for lunch only. A three-course prix fixe lunch runs $24.07 and a three-course dinner is $35. NYC & Co. keeps a full list of participating restaurants here.
