Los Angeles food alert! Quinn and Karen Hatfield, the fabulously talented husband-and-wife cooking duo, have finally opened their new restaurant. Hatfield's Melrose location has more space than their previous (admittedly tiny) spot and a completely new menu, including a casual selection of bar snacks and cocktails. Earlier this year, the pair told me about testing recipes out on their daughter at home. Looks like they got the approval—along with deviled eggs with smoked trout and maple-glazed pork belly skewers, tipsy diners can snack on sous-vide chicken nuggets served with paprika honey sauce. Take that, Mickey D's.
