Leave it to the Brits. Food trucks be damned, they’ve upped the ante with their RootMaster, a vegan Bustaurant. Now LA is up-sizing too: Eater LA has the early word on Worldfare’s forthcoming food-slinging bus. Fingers crossed that someone doesn’t get it into their head to convert one of New York’s double-decker tourist traps.
